A special Ladies’ Night in Sports! Our inaugural charity ball is coming up this weekend, and everyone is invited!  The Hoops & High Heels Team is proud to invite you to The Legacy Ball, where we will be honoring women in sports, and raising money towards our cause for creating more opportunities in female athletics. The night is going to be full of special moments and we want YOU to be there!

Special Guest Hosts: Washington Redskins Cheerleaders !

All of our proceeds will be used to support our organizations Student Programs & Activities Fund as we strive to represent our 5 core initiatives: youth sports development, business etiquette, academic support, college preparation, and community service.




In the spirit of Black History Month, Black Love, and Black Girl Magic.. Hoops & High Heels Incorporated is encouraging YOU to sign-up for our Healthy Hearts fitness boot camp on Saturday, February 11th.

Nearly 44% of African American men and 48% of African-American women have some form of cardiovascular disease that includes heart disease and stroke. So we are here to push you in the RIGHT direction!

We are spreading the LOVE this V-Day weekend. The first 15 people to sign up for our special “Valentine’s Day” Boot Camp get to workout with one of the BEST personal fitness trainers in the DMV for FREE!

College-Bound 2017: The HBCU Experience!  Upcoming graduates, interested transfer students, and high school students across the DMV are invited to the hottest event of the Summer!  Enjoy an opportunity to speak with several of the area’s top college graduates, educators, entrepreneurs, athletes, corporate professionals, and leaders in our community.  It doesn’t end there!  Students will also get the opportunity to checkout different organizations and information at the HBCU community exhibit and talent showcase.  Purchase your ticket online NOW!

Registration for Greek Life, Panelists, and Community Showcase participants will end on Monday, June 12th at 5:00pm.
